Public Speaking Class Internal or PSCI is one of the PR/IT WEBS UNAIR division work programs which aims to train communication skills and Public Speaking skills. This event is aimed at all WEBS UNAIR members. This event will last for 2 days, namely on 9 and 15 May 2023 in the Fajar Hall and Mindrowo Hall. This year's PSCI has the theme "Persuasive Communication With Elevator Pitch to Selling Your Product." With speakers from the lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Business, namely Mr. Gancar Candra Premananto. On the first day of the event there was a session presenting material regarding selling and pitching. This was then continued with the assignment of video selling of a product carried out by each member. Then, on the second day, an assessment and final round was held for the top 3 best video assignments, where the top 3 were asked to pitch directly to Mr. Gancar as the judge, where in this final session he played the role of investor and the finalists played the role of startup company owners.
PSCI is included in SDGS 8, because PSCI teaches communication and public speaking which are really needed in the world of work. Public speaking is also one of the main assessments for companies when looking for workers. Through this activity, it is hoped that it will be able to improve the public speaking skills of the members and be able to provide provisions for the members when they are involved in the world of work.
