The Master of Science in Management program is one of the leading study programs in the field of Management science. Our curriculum is designed comprehensively in the field of Management which equips graduates with holistic skills to be able to compete in the dynamic 21st century world of work. The quality of the implementation and management of education at the Master of Science in Management has also been proven by achieving two international accreditations from FIBAA and ABEST21, and superior accreditation from BAN-PT.

Mission

  1. Organizing high quality education and teaching in the field of management to produce undergraduate and postgraduate graduates at master's and doctoral levels;
  2. Carrying out basic and applied research activities relevant to the field of management;
  3. Develop educational, teaching and research media and facilities;
  4. Improving the quality of knowledge and expertise in the field of management by supporting research activities and dissemination of research results of academic staff;
  5. Providing professional expertise in the field of management as a form of community service.

 

Objective :

  1. Have high personal integrity as a master of management science or professional staff in the fields of human resource management, marketing management, financial management, and operations and supply chain management.
  2. Can meet the demands of national development, in order to fill the community's need for implementers and thinkers in the fields of human resource management, marketing management, financial management, and operations and supply chain management who are skilled and reliable, independent and sensitive to social, economic and scientific changes and technology.
  3. Qualified, namely being able to master the scientific basics as well as knowledge and methodology so as to be able to find, understand, explain and decide how to solve existing problems in the fields of human resource management, marketing management, financial management, and operations and supply chain management.
  4. Open in nature, namely responsive to changes and advances in science and technology, as well as problems faced by society, especially those related to the fields of human resource management, marketing management, financial management, and operations and supply chain management
  5. Able to apply knowledge and skills in the fields of human resource management, marketing management, financial management, and operations and supply chain management in the form of productive activities and services to the community
