Youth as the next generation of leadership must make important contributions to the homeland and nation. Young men and women are required to be able to make the best use of their time by carrying out positive activities and applying the knowledge they have gained to disseminate it to the wider community as a form of community service.
Students are among the ranks of young people who are expected to be able to take the Indonesian nation in a better direction. Therefore, students must be able to be pioneers in improving the condition of the nation by taking concrete actions and using clear thinking skills. It's not just about hard skills, students also need to hone soft skills to bring about positive change.
These soft skills can of course be obtained anywhere, one of which is in an organization because organizations are a place for students to unite goals and hone the hard skills and soft skills that are needed.
Therefore, the Student Legislative Body organization of the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga needs to hold Upgrading activities in order to increase insight and knowledge, as well as students' abilities to become national leaders.
