Small Talks on Management is one of the new work programs of the Human Resource and Development Department of HIMA S1 Management Universitas Airlangga . The implementation of the Management Small Talk (CANGCIMEN) was motivated by several things, such as the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic which limited interaction and the development of students' talents, especially in the field of content creation. The second factor is the widespread use of social media in people's lives to continue to communicate or develop one's potential.
The description of this activity is a work program in the form of YouTube content which will discuss the latest issues regarding lectures and non-lectures and provide information about campus life. This activity will be filled with talents from Universitas Airlangga Bachelor of Management students. The content is packaged informally, fun and interesting. This activity has objectives in its implementation, including implementing the work program of the Human Resource and Development Department of HIMA S1 Management, Universitas Airlangga and, as well as providing solutions to existing issues through information collected from students of the S1 Management Study Program, Universitas Airlangga . Furthermore, the target of the Management Small Talk (CANGCIMEN) is all students of the Bachelor of Management Study Program Universitas Airlangga as well as the general public who want to know about the Department of Management Universitas Airlangga
This event is related to SDGs number 4, namely about Quality Education. In line with this, CANGCIMEN wants to provide discussions on current issues and discuss campus life to create an intellectual community in society, especially among UNAIR Management students who are critical and able to discuss solving problems in society.
