The Big Meeting is an evaluation of the performance of the HIMA-MSEI management period. Starting with a discussion of the timeline of each division's work program, then continuing with an evaluation regarding the performance and obstacles experienced by all HIMA-MSEI administrators and members. The aim is so that the performance of all HIMA-MSEI administrators and members can be well controlled and as a form of self-upgrade so that it improves further in the future. This activity will be attended by the Chair, Deputy Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, Division Head and all members of HIMA-MSEI.
This activity also aims to provide a discussion space for all members of the Student Association so that they can provide corrections and evaluations to each other regarding the work program that has been implemented and turn every problem into a lesson to improve the work program in the next period. It is hoped that the documentation from the HIMA-MSEI performance report for the 2023 period can become learning material for HIMA-MSEI management in the following period.
