The 2018 FEB UNAIR AMBASSADOR election performance took place lively on 15 - 31 October 2018. The selection of FEB Ambassadors was attended by the best men and women from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga . Three awards were up for grabs at this prestigious event, namely the highest being Friendship Ambassador, Favorite Ambassador, and the highest being February Ambassador. This event is a proving ground for Feb students and female students to show that hard skills and soft skills must be balanced.
A total of 24 female students participated in this year's Ambassadors. Their journey is not as easy as turning over the palm of their hand and immediately becoming a finalist, of course they have to go through several stages to become a finalist for the 2018 FEB Unair Ambassador. Participants must go through two selection stages before entering the quarantine stage. In the first selection stage there was a written test, interview and catwalk test which left 16 potential ambassadors to fight in the second stage. The second selection stage was a showcase of the talents of the prospective ambassadors, some showed talent in singing, reading poetry, giving speeches, hosting events, dancing, and so on. This second stage is the final selection stage before determining who has the right to fill the 10 2018 FEB Ambassador finalist seats and advance to the quarantine stage.

Determining the 10 finalists for the 2018 FEB Ambassadors was not easy, the judges discussed it for quite a long time to determine them. Finally, the 10 best names of the best were selected to become finalists and continue to the quarantine stage, namely Viona Oryza (2016 Management), Putri Silwi (2016 Accounting), Nadya Bella (2017 Management), Regina Kurnia (2016 Management), Michael Hans (Economics Development 2017), M. Firdaus (Development Economics 2017), Dewi Putri (Accounting 2017), Vriliandia Iranoza (Management 2017), Laila Hidayat (Management 2017), and the only student from the youngest class, namely Yeremia Singgih (Management 2018).
Quarantine was carried out three times. This first quarantine was the provision of material to FEB by the Chair of BEM FEB Unair 2018, provision of material by the 2016 Duta Association, Ambassador Ethics Material, and Beauty and Handsome Class from Wardah as event supporter. Next, the second quarantine was the provision of personal branding material by Mrs. Moniq as a lecturer, public speaking material by Cak Daniel, and English Class by Mr. Gesang. The third quarantine is the final briefing regarding procedures on stage for the peak night of the 2018 FEB Duta.
The peak night for the 2018 FEB Ambassador was held on October 31 2018 in the Soepoyo Hall, ABC Building, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga to compete for the highest throne, namely 1st place for the 2018 FEB Unair Ambassador. Make-up preparations and so on had been prepared from the morning before the event which took place in the afternoon. day. The peak night for the selection of FEB ambassadors was attended by ambassadors from other faculties and even ambassadors from universities outside Universitas Airlangga .
Of the top 10 finalists selected for the 2018 FEB Ambassador, there are four remaining to compete for 1st place as FEB Ambassador. The four finalists are Michael Hans (Development Economics 2017), Laila Hidayat (Management 2017), Putri Silwi (Accounting 2016), and Yeremia Singgih (Management 2018). The selected top four were then questioned by the jury. From these questions, the jury assessed them based on their skills in answering the jury's questions. In the end, Yeremia Singgih (2018 Management) came out as 1st place winner for 2018 FEB Ambassador, eliminating his three competitors, followed by Nadya Bella (2017 Management) as Favorite Ambassador, and M. Firdaus (2017 Development Economics) as Friendship Ambassador.
