School of Business Internal (SOBI) is a work program exclusively aimed at internal Webs members. SOBI aims to provide strong training and support in building and developing their business. The program is based on two main components: mentoring by business experts in various fields and collaboration with Webs alumni.
One of the main focuses of SOBI is to provide opportunities for Webs members to learn from business experts who have been successful in their respective fields. Through the mentoring program, Webs members can access invaluable insight, knowledge and practical experience. This will help them develop the skills necessary to plan, launch and manage their businesses more effectively. These mentors will provide specialized guidance and a deep understanding of various aspects of the business.
SOBI also has a broader mission that is in line with Sustainable Development Goal (SDGs) number 8, namely supporting inclusive and sustainable economic growth, creating a full and productive workforce, and ensuring decent work for all. Through this program, SOBI plays an important role in advancing SDGs goals by empowering Webs members to become successful entrepreneurs and contribute positively to economic growth, creating jobs and improving the quality of the workforce.
