In realizing the vision and mission of BLM FEB UNAIR 2022, a guideline or legal guideline is needed that will provide an overview of the mechanism or direction of movement that should be adhered to. This legal guideline is called the Pemira Law, which is the basis for implementing each work program and connecting with internal and external parties. In this case, the Pemira Law is a vital part of an organization because it is the basis for the organization to carry out the management period. Therefore, Commission B took the initiative to schedule and make the Pemira BLM Law Plenary Session a success as a work program to update the existing PEMIRA Law to clarify the points in the legislative legal product.

The work program of the Pemira BLM FEB UNAIR Law Plenary Session aims to amend the regulations for the implementation of PEMIRA FEB UNAIR 2023 and ratify them. Apart from that, this work program is a free forum for opinions to voice aspirations in creating laws that are firm, solutive and without ambiguity. The Pemira UU Plenary Session became a medium for the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga to reflect on Quality Education in accordance with SDGs, precisely at point 4. SDGs 4 explores early education and lifelong learning. Students are expected to be able to understand and be critical of legal products in this country which are reflected in the legal products of the student legislative body as a place to process and train students' critical powers.
