In realizing the vision and mission of ORMAWA FEB UNAIR 2023, a guideline or legal guideline is needed that will provide an overview of the mechanism or direction of movement that should be adhered to. This legal guideline is called the Ormawa Constitution which is the basis for implementing each work program and connecting with internal and external parties.

In this case, AD/ART is a vital part of an organization because it is the basis for the organization to carry out the management period. Therefore, Commission B took the initiative to schedule and make the ORMAWA CONSTITUTIONAL PLENO SESSION a success as a work program to update the existing AD/ART Law in order to clarify the points in the legislative legal product. The work program of the ORMAWA CONSTITUTION PLENO ASSEMBLY aims to amend the ORMAWA FEB CONSTITUTION and ratify it. Apart from that, this agenda is a free forum for opinions to voice their aspirations in creating laws that are firm, solutive and without ambiguity.
