The Entrepreneurship Talkshow event "KWU Talkshow" is a work program from the Community Welfare division of Mosaic FEB Unair, which aims to equip participants or audiences with knowledge and insight about the world of business and encourage the spirit of entrepreneurship. This talk show aims to provide inspiration and motivation to the audience to have the courage to start their own business, as well as equip them with the skills needed to manage their business effectively. The mechanism of this event is an interactive talk show session for participants with experienced speakers who will share their success stories. The KWU talk show consists of two main sessions, namely the delivery of material and also a discussion or question and answer session guided by Mas Fairuzzuddin Zuhair as the main director of the "Markas Wallet" business, and this event was held online via Zoom Meeting on Saturday, 19 October 2024. Information dissemination is carried out through WhatsApp groups, Instagram and other social media. Before taking part in the event, participants are required to register and join the WhatsApp Group provided.

This event supports the 8th Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), namely "Encouraging Inclusive Economic Growth". Through this talk show, it is hoped that it can provide inspiration and education to participants about how to start and manage a business, which ultimately creates decent job opportunities and strengthens the local and national economy. By supporting entrepreneurship, this talk show also helps reduce unemployment and also promotes better working conditions. This activity is open to all Universitas Airlangga and also the general public.
