Muslimah Diary is Mosaic's annual Muslim agenda in the form of competitions specifically for Muslim women posted on social media, namely Instagram. There is one sub-competition, namely a competition to create interesting Instagram feed content. This agenda is carried out with the aim of increasing the creativity of Muslim women and developing da'wah in society digitally. For the Muslimah Diary, the first part will take place on March 13 – March 23 2024.
The target participants for this Muslimah Diary activity are Muslimah throughout Indonesia, especially Muslimah students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga . The preparation of Instagram feed content and video podcasts by participants in their respective places and collected via participants' Instagram by tagging the account @kemuslimahanmosaic. Register participants via the registration link provided.
Judging is carried out by voting with the assessment aspects namely 40% creativity, 30% suitability of content to theme, 30% moral message. There were two winners from each competition event, the winners were announced via a post on the Instagram account @kemuslimahanmosaic and received a reward from the committee in the form of cash of IDR 150,000 per person.
Through this Muslimah Diary activity, Mosaic's Muslim Affairs Division wants to highlight that women can also develop their creativity and spread Islamic da'wah to the general public. The implementation of this activity is in line with SDGs Goal 4: Quality Education, namely through the Muslimah Diary activity, Muslimah can obtain quality education through non-formal activities such as making podcasts and Instagram feeds to develop their creativity in spreading da'wah to the general public. and provide new experiences that cannot be obtained through formal education. Apart from that, through Instagram, Muslim women can also easily share information with each other and anyone can access it.
Therefore, utilizing the Instagram platform for Muslimah Diary activities is considered the right decision, because the target of this activity is for all Muslimah without being limited by origin, age or occupation and encourages lifelong learning opportunities for everyone, especially Muslimah. Apart from that, the implementation of this work program also supports the realization of SDGs goal 4 because by giving Muslim women freedom to work, they can indirectly and indirectly encourage a Muslim woman's sense of self-confidence in conveying opinions, ideas and views to the general public. If this happens sustainably, it will improve the quality of education from the contributions of Muslim women's thoughts.
