SIKMA or Islamic Leadership and Managerial Studies or you could say Campus Da'wah Training 1 (PDK 1) at the Faculty of Economics and Business is one of the activities of the PSDM MOSAIC FEB UNAIR Division work program for the 2022 period which is carried out once in each management period. The implementation was carried out intensively for 11 days, which was divided into 2 sub-activities, namely the first 9 days were filled with certification activities where PDK 1 participants submitted memorized verses of the Koran and submitted assignments in the form of book resumes about leadership to the certificater. Then continued on the next 2 days with an event via the Zoom Meeting application, the event was structured in terms of providing leadership material accompanied by a question and answer session, as well as a Forum Group Discussion (FGD) as a form of applicable simulation to strengthen insight into professional organizational management and training for FEB UNAIR da'wah cadres familiarize themselves.
At this year's SIKMA activity, the PSDM MOSAIC FEB UNAIR division presented four extraordinary presenters, namely Ustadz Marzuki Imron, Ms. Adistiar Prayoga, Ms. Diki Febrianto, and Ms. Muhammad Iman Razaq. Apart from that, the benefits that you will get after participating in SIKMA this time include useful knowledge, relationships and also an SKP certificate of course. Therefore, it is hoped that this activity will be able to increase the ability of cadres to apply Islam in a good manner in all their activities, as well as to strengthen ties of brotherhood between members in particular and all participants in general.
