Currently, Islamic teachings cannot only be carried out through studies held in mosques
or other places. Keeping up with the times, Islamic broadcasting must be carried out by
utilizing existing technological advances. Creative content with
good visualization can attract people. So there is a need for integration between Islamic broadcasts
and developing technology.
MOSAIC FEB UNAIR as one of the campus da'wah institutions under
the Faculty of Economics and Business must of course follow the progress of the times in
Islamic broadcast strategies. MOSAIC has carried out "Art Sense" activities, namely design training for
MOSAIC administrators. This activity was held on Friday, 25 October 2019.
This activity was not only attended by MOSAIC administrators but also
other students from the Faculty of Economics and Business. The Art Sense activity was presented by Ahmad Suhail
Alhazimi, Multimedia Design Coordinator, MDPR MOSAIC FEB UNAIR 2017 Bureau.
The activity went smoothly and received good enthusiasm from the participants.
Participants are taught the basics of design with an explanation of the advantages and disadvantages of several
design applications and how to operate them. While explaining, participants immediately practiced how to
create a design work. It is hoped that after this activity the management will become
more creative by utilizing existing technology. So that Islamic broadcasts are not bland
and can attract people to study Islam more deeply.
