Kopma February Unair 2024The 2024 KOPMA Relatives internship program is designed as an experiential learning journey for students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga . This internship started with a Welcome Party on October 14 2024 via Online Zoom Meeting, an event that aims to welcome new participants while introducing them to the culture, vision and mission of KOPMA FEB UNAIR. During the program, participants will be actively involved in various organizational activities, starting from managing selected divisions such as Finance, PSDM, Communication and Information, RnD, Business Units, to Public Relations. Apart from that, participants will also participate in KOPMA's internal and external activities, such as training, discussions, and major KOPMA events such as KOPMAWEEK.

Through this activity, participants not only learn about cooperative organizational governance, but also develop soft skills such as teamwork, leadership and communication. This program will end with the peak event of the Annual Member Meeting (RAT) and Farewell Party on 23-24 December 2024 at Villa Kebun Pakis, Pacet, Mojokerto. RAT is a moment of reflection and evaluation of the organization's year-long journey, while the Farewell Party is a warm celebration to appreciate the contribution of all intern members and create unforgettable memories. This internship program provides meaningful experience, making participants better prepared to face organizational challenges and the professional world in the future.
