Kopma FEB UNAIR Secondary Education and Training 2022
The struggle to make cooperatives in Indonesia better is not finished because they are still facing the era of industrial revolution 4.0. This revolution will bring major changes in digital life. Currently, there are still many cooperatives that exist but are not active. This is due to a lack of encouragement or attention from the government in developing cooperatives in a more advanced direction. With the enthusiasm of the millennial generation to collaborate in innovation for the development of cooperatives, they will be able to answer the challenges of all existing problems. So the role of the millennial generation is very important in making cooperatives in Indonesia become leading innovations so that they can help improve the current economic situation.
Cooperatives as a people's economic movement and as a business entity based on the principles of kinship and economic democracy would be very appropriate if collaborated with the millennial generation as a forum to strengthen themselves in facing new challenges in the era of globalization. So the role of youth needs to be involved in strengthening efforts based on a cooperative spirit to be able to work together to increase the acceleration of the Indonesian economy. For this reason, we from the 2022 Universitas Airlangga Faculty of Economics and Business Student Cooperative intend to hold a 2022 Kopma FEB Intermediate Education and Training event with the theme "Cooperatives as a Forum for Student Business Development".
This event is one of the activities that can increase students' interest in cooperatives and increase knowledge in the field of cooperative economics. The speakers at this event were Luni Nanda, Shochrul Rohmatul Ajija, SE, M.Ec, and Naning Poedji Rahayu, S.IP. Saturday, this event will be held on Saturday, November 19 2022 at 07.30 – 12.15 WIB online via Zoom Meeting. It is hoped that after participating in this activity, the participants will be able to increase their understanding of cooperatives and their distribution in the era of digitalization for the economy for students in general and for KOPMEB administrators and members in particular.
