In today's modern era, technological developments! increasingly faster and more sophisticated. These technological developments have an impact on all aspects of life, both in terms of social, cultural and economic aspects. Transforming a structure from traditional to modern can be done by looking at the advantages and conveniences provided by technological advances. In its current development, technology is entering the era of society 5.0 where society can solve various social challenges and problems by utilizing various innovations from previous eras.
It is hoped that all the benefits provided by technological developments can also support economic activities which are an important aspect of people's lives, including in the cooperative sector. Cooperatives in Indonesia must currently transform to overcome developments in the era of society 5.0 in order to empower and prosper the human resources within them based on a creative economy. In this case, there is a need to drive transformation which can be carried out by Indonesian youth as the millennial generation who are technologically literate.
Young people can take advantage of technological advances to transform cooperatives. Therefore, the Student Cooperative UKM of the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga is present through the Kopma Week 2022 event with the big theme "Building a Modern Cooperative based on Creative Economy in the Era of Society 5.0. Kopma Week is a mega work program which aims to provide education and competition for students and the general public in providing support and an active role in the Indonesian economy, especially in the cooperative sector. By holding Kopma Week 2022, it is hoped that it will be able to increase the abilities, creativity and achievements of the parties involved in it.
