Welcoming Staff is one of the work programs of the Human Resources Development division of Hima Master of Science in Islamic Economics, Universitas Airlangga for the 2023 period. Every time the period changes there are new administrators at Hima Master of Science in Islamic Economics. In order to enter the 2023 period, Hima Master of Science in Islamic Economics held a welcoming event and introduced the new management to the old management. This event was held with the hope of establishing good cooperation between the new management and the old HIMA MSEI management in 2023 in achieving the goals of HIMA MSEI. In this case, it can also increase the sense of solidarity, love and kinship between all administrators, both old and new, of the Hima Master of Science in Islamic Economics.
