Universitas Airlangga National Business Case Competition provides a platform for students from all over Indonesia to hone analytical, strategic and problem solving skills through completing real business case studies. NBCC (National Business Case Competition) is back in 2024. A prestigious business case completion competition organized by the Universitas Airlangga as part of the Management Expo.
The main aim of this competition is to develop innovation and creativity in the business world and aims to increase awareness of the importance of developing skills and critical thinking abilities which are really needed in today's world of work. NBCC includes a series of competitions that take place online and offline, involving various forms of interesting case studies.
This competition supports several Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) adopted by the UN, including:
1. Quality Education (SDG 4): Encouraging the development of student knowledge and skills through solving complex and real business cases.
2. Decent Work and Economic Growth (SDG 8): Prepare students to enter the world of work with the analytical and strategic skills needed to contribute to inclusive and sustainable economic growth.
3. Innovation, Infrastructure and Industry (SDG 9): Encourage innovation and creative thinking that can be used to develop effective and sustainable business solutions.
4. Partnership to Achieve Goals (SDG 17): Increase collaboration between students, universities and industry to achieve sustainable development goals.
Through the National Business Case Competition, Universitas Airlangga supports the younger generation in developing their abilities in the business field, and it is hoped that it can become an effective forum for students to channel their interests and talents. This competition also plays an important role in preparing the younger generation to face global challenges with relevant and up-to-date skills and knowledge.
