OTD is an abbreviation for "Organizational Training Development". This OTD is a rebranding of LKMM (Student Management Skills Training), which is a series of self-development activities which are usually held in a college or university environment. OTD is designed to train leadership, management, communication and teamwork skills for students. This activity will include a series of material presentation sessions by resource persons, discussions, problem solving, and implementation of communication skills which aim to improve students' abilities in various aspects of leadership and management.
This OTD activity is one of the work programs of the Human Resource and Development Department of HIMA S1 Management, Airlangga University which is always held every year. This year's OTD was held with the theme "Improving Student Leadership: Enhancing Critical Thinking, Innovative Solutions, Effective Communication, and High-Achievement Mindsets in Organizations".
The aim of this OTD is to prepare prospective students with basic knowledge and skills in leadership, management, and interpersonal skills before entering a higher learning environment.
It is hoped that with this OTD work program, Universitas Airlangga Bachelor of Management students can develop themselves based on their abilities. Apart from that, Universitas Airlangga Bachelor of Management students can implement all the benefits obtained in this series of events.
