Management Expo (MEXPO) is one of the annual work programs of the Universitas Airlangga Undergraduate Management Student Association which aims to prepare the mentality of students who are competitive and responsive to the corporate environment. MEXPO itself is divided into several sub-events, namely Management Olympiad (MO), Management Startup Challenge (MSC), Universitas Airlangga Stock Exchange Competition (UASTEC), National Business Case Competition (NBCC) and a series of other events.
This year's Management Expo (MEXPO) 2023 will have a big theme, namely "Amplifying Youth Creativity to Attain Business Sustainability" which aims to explore the power of creative thinking and innovation in navigating the challenges of the VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous) era. This big theme is related to SDGs no. 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) and no. 17 (Partnership for the Goals) it is hoped that in this series of Management Expo (MEXPO) 2023 events, participants will also be able to achieve long-term sustainable business in an ever-changing business landscape and be able to face an era full of uncertainty through the creativity and innovation of pupils, students, and business people.
