The development of technology and information is marked by the emergence of new media whose use continues to increase. One of these new media is podcasts. Podcasts can be used as an alternative communication among students to motivate or develop their potential. With this work program, each student will be able to train their mental and public speaking skills, and will create better integrity between the campus and students, lecturers and students, and organizations and other organizations.
Therefore, the Bachelor of Management Student Association, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga , especially the Sport and Art department, is holding a work program called "Chat Management". We will invite several speakers who are experienced in discussing actual topics, both in the academic and non-academic fields, especially within the scope of the Bachelor of Management Study Program Universitas Airlangga .
The aim of this podcast is to present popular topics that can open new perspectives, provide new insights, and increase curiosity which can motivate and inspire students of the Bachelor of Management Study Program Universitas Airlangga . The target of this activity is all students of the Bachelor of Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga .
In this first episode, NGOMEN invited a resource person who has a lot of achievements named Tazkia Ibnatiar Rahma who is a 2020 Unair Management student. The topics discussed were background, experience of competitions and scholarships, and tips for participating in competitions and scholarships.
