"Management Olympiad" is a national level competition aimed at high school or equivalent students who have an interest in the field of management science. This competition was held by the Student Association (HIMA) of the Undergraduate Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga , which aims to improve management skills, increase knowledge related to management, and sharpen problem solving for high school or equivalent students from an early age.
Through the "Management Olympiad" high school/vocational school students in Indonesia are invited to start learning to hone critical thinking skills in determining or deciding a problem and determining the best solution that can be implemented in life, so that they can later participate in helping improve the quality of education Indonesia and is useful for society.
