Management Startup Challenge or abbreviated as MSC, is a national-scale startup plan competition at SMA/SMK and D3/D4/S1 level (maximum 6th semester students) which aims to increase the entrepreneurial spirit of students and college students.
MSC 2021 is one of the sub-events of Management Expo 2021 which is a forum for channeling innovation and creativity in the current digital era. Through MSC, it is hoped that students will be able to solve the fundamental problems of industry that we raise in the MSC 2021 sub-theme. With the theme "Being a Productive and Creative Millennialpreneur in the Digital Era," Millennialpreneur means a millennial who is running a business. This year's MEXPO theme focuses on the increasing number of young people who are aware of the importance of opening up new job opportunities with the increasing development of technology. The development of digitalization in various sectors makes it easier for the millennial generation to be more creative and innovative in developing business. MSC 2021 also carries 4 sub-themes, namely AGROPRENEUR, SOCIOPRENEUR, ECOPRENEUR, CREATIVE INDUSTRY
This year's MSC registration will begin to open on July 16 - September 16 2021. In this preliminary round participants must submit their business ideas in the form of BMC or Canva Business Model. In this preliminary round we do not limit the number of participants who register and there is no fee (free). The announcement of qualifying for the next round will be on October 3 2021. Where participants who have the best business ideas are able to pass to this stage and will be charged IDR 150,000 per team. Each team is required to submit a business proposal. MSC also provides benefits for high school/vocational school participants to learn more about the Management Department with the Management Class Simulation program. The final stage will be held on November 14 and the 6 best teams from SMA/SMK and students will be selected.
