UPGRADING HIMA EP UNAIR

HIMA Economic Development Universitas Airlangga is holding Upgrading activities which will be facilitated by the Student Resource Development Department in order to fulfill expertise in the organizational field. Through this activity, it is hoped that all HIMA EP 2024 administrators will receive individual character training through knowledge of organization and leadership as well as building harmony among the 2024 HIMA EP administrators through a series of activities

The implementation of this Upgrading also supports the realization of SDGs Goal 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth, namely through training and developing organizational skills. Upgrading is also a forum for providing training aimed at improving other skills relevant to the world of work. This can increase their chances of getting a decent job in the future or even prepare them to become successful entrepreneurs.

The target of this activity is all HIMA EP 2024 administrators. Upgrading was carried out for 2 days on March 2-3 2024 at Villa Ashri, Mojokerto Regency. In implementing the Upgrading there were Character Building Camp and FGD sessions, SOP signing, BPI presentations and sharing for the Class of 2021, 2020 and 2019. The indicator of the success of this Upgrading was that 80% of the HIMA EP management took part in the Upgrading. Upgrading activities are running smoothly.
