SIMAWA UPGRADING
On March 18 and 19 2023, HIMA EP UNAIR carried out UPGRADING activities to increase understanding and knowledge in the management of HIMA EP, especially in the 2023 management which will then be ready to align the organization according to its goals. As bearers of the nation's guiding message, the younger generation must be able to carry out meaningful activities for the development of the nation and state in the future, the younger generation must know how to make the best use of their time, it is hoped that they will be able to change this nation for the better. Such a role certainly requires an independent attitude in every situation and system condition that applies.
The organizational body is not only a place for students' intellectual development, but also the development of their social spirit. Theories accepted in higher education must of course be supported by organizational skills that support existing competencies and the most important thing is how they are applied in society. In an organization, a sense of connectedness and tolerance between other organizational leaders cannot be separated, because this aspect is very much needed in developing its potential. This UPGRADING activity allows other administrators in an organization to interact with each other and find out about other administrators and their responsibilities to create an organization that is beneficial to the university and society.
