The Economic Olympiad is HIMA EP's annual work program as a competition in the field of economics between all high school students covering all of Indonesia, as well as introducing the Department of Development Economics through questions and case studies given in each round.
This activity is an opportunity for high school students and the equivalent to test their competence, both knowledge gained at school and general knowledge they gain from outside school. This activity will also provide an overview of the development economics department by providing questions relating to courses in the development economics department, which of course are adapted to the social knowledge gained at school.
This year, the DEVELOPMENT ECONOMICS STUDENTS ASSOCIATION, FACULTY OF ECONOMICS AND BUSINESS UNIVERSITAS AIRLANGGA is proud to present the 18th ECONOMIC OLYMPIADE with the theme "Creative Economy as The Revival during the Pandemic Era for Sustainable Development, with the following series of events:
