In this pandemic era, people are required to be able to develop their potential to be able to compete and have career opportunities in the world of work later. This cannot be separated from the increasing need for competent human resources and professionalism. Having the desire to be innovative is very necessary during this pandemic, everyone is required to develop and be able to adapt. With this event, it is hoped that it will create new enthusiasm in every HIMA and IQTISHODUNA 2021 administrator. The spirit of leadership and the ability to work together in an organization are also the main aspects for individuals to survive in the intense competition in their lives. Therefore, training is needed to hone organizational skills and the ability to lead.
This training is expected to be an upgrade in the formation of responsible character as a form of loyalty from each administrator. The form of responsibility itself must start from each administrator and have a confident intention to start together in advancing HIMA 2021. Hima Ekonomi Islam has a family nature and has a professional attitude determined to continue to develop individual management. This is the basis for the Human Resources Development division to carry out basic leadership training activities which we named "SALE (Sharia Acceleration Leadership Event)". It is hoped that this activity will be able to create individuals who are capable of creating individuals who are able to organize well within the scope of the Islamic Economics Student Association and become individuals who are useful in making better changes.
