Islamic Social Finance Pandemic Crisis And Possible Solutions (ISFPCPS) 2020 is an international conference event which was held on 29-30 September 2020. The event took place in the neighboring country, Malaysia, specifically at the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). This is not possible, the event will still take place even though using electronic means, namely zoom. There are several stages to follow in the event procedures, starting from collecting abstracts, collecting full papers, to presentations. The target activities for this event include Islamic Economics academics and students. It is hoped that his presence will provide new insight into problems and solutions that can be realized in the short and long term to reduce the impact felt due to COVID-19. So, the goal of this forum is to provide lots of suggestions and input regarding the problems of a country, even several countries that are affected, especially in the economic sector, namely through Islamic Social Finance.
Furthermore, based on strong intentions and determination, we contributed to this event. Our team consists of 3 people, namely Firdayanti Zahro, Mar'atus Sholikha, Asep Maulana. Talking about the paper we are proposing to deal with in the field of one of the sub topics provided, namely sukuk with the title "Blue Sukuk As A Solution Maritime Economic Crisis Due To Global Covid Pandemic." The potential of blue sukuk is a new breakthrough offered by Islamic finance as a long-term reducer of maritime economic problems, especially in Indonesia. Alhamdulillah fi amanillah, we were entrusted as the "best paper" at the event and the papers we have collected will be published in the "IIUM Islamic Finance journal." Hopefully this will be a good start for all of us in the process. Happy processing.
