Students are part of Indonesia's human resources and at the same time intellectual people who will become the nation's next generation in the future. In developing themselves, students can not only use the lecture hall as a place to study, but students can also join in a student organization as a learning tool to develop intellectual and social abilities. As new Accounting students Universitas Airlangga who have the right to join an organization, it is necessary to have an activity to accommodate them in getting to know the organization in the smallest scope, namely the department. AKS1 Matriculation is an activity held by the Human Resources department of HMA UNAIR with the aim of introducing the Accounting Student Association environment and all its equipment. Apart from that, through AKS1 Matriculation it is hoped that it can develop soft skills, resilience, and become a provision for new students when joining student organizations in the future.
