After the second material, we were taken on a tour of the Bank Indonesia office, namely building B. Inside the building there is a visitor room which contains a lot of information about Bank Indonesia. Next, after the tour at Bank Indonesia they continued their next visit to the BUMN Ministry office which is located on Jl Merdeka Selatan. A visit to the Ministry of BUMN broke our stigma regarding rigid and bureaucratic government offices. They welcomed you with great friendliness. It was also explained that the system at the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises office had kept up with the times, which were sophisticated and innovative, full of demands for creativity. It seems that the Ministry of BUMN is holding a large recruitment drive this year. After explaining the career overview, the session continued with a session on the financial system at the Ministry of BUMN.

After visiting the Ministry of BUMN, in the evening they went to the TV-One studio which is located in the Angkasa Pura Building in the Merpati area. Different from other visits, they went to the TV-One studio not to get material but to be involved in a LIVE broadcast at the Indonesia Business Forum event which discussed the increase in import taxes. Before the event started, they received a short briefing from Kak Ano, the representative there. There were 5 resource persons present at that time, namely Ngakan Antara as Head of the Industrial Research and Development Agency, Hestu Yoga Saksama as Director of Counseling, Services and Public Relations (P2Humas) of the Directorate General of Taxes, Sinta Widjaja as Deputy Chair of APINDO, Rizal Ramli as a senior economist and Wilgo Zainar as member of Commission IX DPR RI.
In the event which consisted of 4 segments, they had the extraordinary experience of seeing and listening directly to the opinions of experts and officials regarding tax rate policy. From those who usually only learn about taxation theoretically in college, they get the extraordinary opportunity to find out directly from experts. The event hosted by Brigita Manohara looked exciting and interesting.

They have been on foot for two days, exploring Jakarta and its hustle and bustle. Gain knowledge, expand knowledge, gain experience about several companies in Jakarta. On the third day, they visited 2 companies that were no less large. The first is PT Prudential Life Assurance. Then the group immediately rushed to PT Prudential. There, they were warmly welcomed by Mrs. Eva, a PruUniversity representative. He explained briefly about the organization, organizational structure and career path at PT Prudential. Then his friend continued with the basic knowledge and superior products of PT Prudential. After that, a representative from the finance department briefly explained the financial system there. Short, interesting, and full of new knowledge, that's what they got there.
After that, their activities continued with a trip to KAP Deloitte which is located at Plaza Indonesia. It was an extraordinary experience to be given the opportunity to visit there. They were greeted with a warm smile and full of professionalism. Then they met Mr. Richard, an Universitas Airlangga who had a successful career at KAP Deloitte, and even became a partner of KAP Deloitte. They learned a lot of things, starting with KAP Deloitte itself, its advantages, organizational structure, career path, internship path, and tips and tricks for working at KAP Deloitte.
Hopefully this activity can bring knowledge and experience, which can then be shared with friends who always need it. While together cultivating a future full of hope through the knowledge we gained from the 2018 Company Visit. (Kvn)
