Accounting Internal Competition (AIC) is a forum for Universitas Airlangga Accounting students to develop various cognitive and affective aspects. In this technological era, human resources are needed who have both soft and hard skills. AIC requires two skills that are often forgotten by the current generation, such as teamwork and honesty. It is hoped that through this AIC all participants can compete competitively and not forget aspects of honesty.
In 2020, AIC was held online for the first time. As is known, this is due to the COVID-19 pandemic and as a form of support for the government to reduce the spread of COVID-19 by implementing social distancing and working from home. It is hoped that this online AIC can remain a forum for all Accounting students Universitas Airlangga in general and specifically for the 2019 and 2018 classes so that they can continue to develop their abilities in the field of accounting. This online AIC is also a form of adaptation to unfavorable circumstances so that it is hoped that Universitas Airlangga Accounting students will continue to be able to adapt to unpredictable environments and of course this is a good new experience to try.
