Personal Development is an agenda activity from the Human Resources sector of the Universitas Airlangga Accounting Student Association. Personal Development is a special agenda held to explore and improve the potential of administrators such as soft skills and abilities in the organization, especially as administrators of HMA UNAIR. Apart from that, through Personal Development it is hoped that the characteristics needed for the running of an organization can be formed. So that soft skills can develop and can be improved through Personal Development events.
Personal Development is held twice in one period. Personal Development I was held on Saturday 2 March 2019 from 07.30 to 15.30 in the Soepoyo Hall, Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga . This event carried the theme Problem Solving and Communication, the provision of material from several 2015 accounting seniors really made the management active in asking questions and giving opinions. This event also includes case studies and games that enable the soft skills of Hima administrators to develop. The first case study is about how to communicate. This case study is more directed towards a Forum Group Discussion, then the second case study is that the administrators are divided into 10 groups and discuss solving a problem in each district of the administrator groups that have been divided. Hima management was very enthusiastic when this event took place
Personal Development II was held on Saturday 11 May 2019 from 13.30 to 17.00 at Taman Selamat Jl. Ketabang Kali. This second event was a bit different because it had a different theme, namely teamwork and also an outdoor venue. The speaker at this second event was different from the first, this speaker was an Information Systems Alumni from the Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology named Galih Khai. Not much different from the first event, this event also provided material for administrators as well as case studies and games with the implementation of the material. The management was very enthusiastic when participating in a series of activities at this event.
