DESCRIPTION
Farewell party is an event that is identical to the tradition that is usually held when colleagues, friends or colleagues are going their separate ways. Farewell parties are also usually held to celebrate the success of an event, to see off the departure of one or more members of a group or community who have resigned or transferred assignments. The Farewell Party is also a sign that it is time for an organization's members to part ways. As the saying goes, when there is a meeting, there must be a parting. It has been a year since all E-Radio members have developed their duties as members or administrators.
Every day there will definitely be laughter in this organization. For a year, we have all been doing a program together and have gotten to know each other. With this, the Economics Community Radio organization is holding a work program "Farewell Party 2022" under the auspices of the Human Resource Development division or what is usually known as the HRD division. The existence of this program will facilitate all members of an organization to be able to exchange ideas between divisions directly and evaluate the performance of the program that has been implemented.
This activity is also closely related to SDG's number 3, which is about ensuring a person's overall health and promoting prosperity for all ages, especially mental health. This is related to the fact that holding a farewell party will bring happiness, which in fact is very closely related to a person's mental and physical health. And it is closely related to SDG's number 4, namely related to quality education. Because at this farewell party event there will be a sharing session between all members which will of course give rise to opinions and exchange ideas with each other. And there will be an awarding session to mark the best staff so that it will raise high spirits for every member who attends the farewell party later.
