Students as a part of society are high quality human resources and have potential abilities, having several very important roles for the development and progress of a nation. Universitas Airlangga as an academic environment is expected to be able to provide the right forum to realize and optimize student abilities, especially in the organizational field.
Therefore, E-Radio as a student organization in the field of developing interests and talents in the field of broadcasting and music entertainment programs activities aimed at providing training about the organization and improving the abilities of students who will become the next generation of E-Radio. The activity in question is E-Radio 2021 training.
With this activity, it is hoped that students can become the next generation of the nation who have high intellectual abilities who are able to continue the struggle of E-Radio administrators in the previous period, produce quality human resources, improve public speaking and broadcasting skills.
