Cabinet space activities organized by the Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga (BEM FEB UNAIR) aims to improve the ability of organizations and human resource development among BEM FEB UNAIR management. This program provides training that not only focuses on developing technical skills, but also on interpersonal and family aspects between members. Rubik offers training sessions designed to prepare management in dealing with problems that may arise during the management, as well as equip them with skills in managing organizational dynamics.
One of the main activities in the rubik is a talkshow that presents expert speakers in the topic of self -awareness and the balance of life. Through this session, it is hoped that the management can better understand the importance of a balance between work and personal life, as well as how to maintain self -motivation in organizing. Thus, Rubik aims to strengthen the sense of kinship, increase collaboration, and create an environment that supports the personal and professional development of the management.
Cabinet Space Activities (Rubik) supports several Sustainable Development Objectives (SDG), including SDG 4 - Quality Education, by providing training to improve management skills in managing the organization. Rubik also contributes to SDG 5 - gender equality, by ensuring equal participation for all members in activities and decision making. In addition, this activity supports SDG 8 - decent jobs and economic growth, by providing skills that improve organizational management in a professional manner. Rubik also supports SDG 16 - peace, justice, and strong institutions, by strengthening transparent and fair leadership capacity. The purpose of this activity is that the functionary of BEM FEB UNAIR can carry out their duties well, create an active, solid, and positive impact on universities and the community.
The target of this activity is all BEM FEB UNAIR functionaries for 2025. Rubik will be held on May 8, 2025 which is located in the Soepoyo Hall Lt. 3 Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga Surabaya. The success indicator of this activity is the involvement of 150 participants, the smooth running of the event, as well as the fulfillment of the appropriate budget, even if possible, producing a surplus that will later be allocated for the work program of other PSDM departments.
