The Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga which synergizes in a vision with the Student Executive Board (BEM) FEB UNAIR through the PSDM Bureau held the Leadership and Collaboration Camp Ormawa. This activity aims to strengthen the synergy and collaboration between Student Organizations (Ormawa) FEB UNAIR so that the implementation of work programs can run more effectively and provide broader benefits for all academic community.
Leadership and Collaboration Camp Ormawa also supports the realization of SDGs 17: Partnerships for the goals, which focus on partnerships and cooperation to achieve greater goals. With the close collaboration between ORMAWA, FEB UNAIR is expected to be able to create an organizational ecosystem that is more solid, harmonious, and innovative in realizing the vision of "FEB Satu."
It is hoped that this activity can provide a better understanding for all Ormawa management about the importance of synergy and communication in running the organization. Thus, the effectiveness of the implementation of work programs can be improved, and the benefits can be felt by all FEB Airlangga students.
