Inventory Procurement is an annual work program from the BEM FEB UNAIR Administration Bureau. This work program takes the form of inventory management activities at the BEM FEB UNAIR Secretariat, including improving facilities related to the Official Account Line services of the Administration Bureau, and archiving proposals, accountability reports, and BEM FEB UNAIR certificates. This activity begins with cleaning the items at the BEM FEB Secretariat, then tidying up and replacing the items at the BEM FEB Secretariat with new items that are suitable for use. Apart from that, archiving of BEM FEB UNAIR 2024 bureau and department documents was also carried out.
Through Inventory Procurement, it is hoped that the BEM FEB 2024 management can carry out management for one period comfortably and facilitate bureaucracy related to proposal documents, LPJ, and other correspondence. Apart from that, this activity also supports Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) number 12: Responsible Consumption and Production. In the process, Inventory Procurement reduces waste by sorting and reusing items or inventory that are still suitable for use at the BEM Secretariat. Thus, these activities not only increase work efficiency and comfort, but also contribute to more responsible and sustainable resource management.
