DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIES
The first year of college is a crucial period for new students because there are many new opportunities to develop their potential which are supported by their high interests and aspirations in the process of becoming better individuals during the study period. The high interests and aspirations of new students represent great potential for developing the qualities of new students, one of which is the potential to become a good organizer. However, despite their high potential, some of the new students are still unfamiliar with organizations and do not have pre-college organizational experience. Apart from that, some new students still do not understand the systematics of organizations at the college level, both within the study program, faculty and university.
Moving on from this problem, the Student Resource Development Bureau of BEM FEB UNAIR held a work program "SOBEM BEM FEB UNAIR" namely an internship program at BEM FEB UNAIR for three (3) months which aims to provide a platform for new students to learn to organize and become part of each departments at BEM FEB UNAIR by being directly involved in preparing work programs for each department and bureau. Through this work program, it is hoped that new students will become more familiar with each department and bureau at BEM FEB UNAIR, be able to adapt and understand the organizational system within the faculty, and become better prepared to become organizers in the future.
