Saturday (27/10) A leader does not only come from a lineage or has been trained from childhood with leadership abilities. Nowadays, a leader can be created, forged and educated even though he does not have the ability to lead.
"This event was designed as an activity to prepare the regeneration of ormawa leaders at FEB UNAIR or for students who have an interest in leadership. So, there are many positive things that can be taken from this event." said Candra as chairman of the committee. Therefore, the School of Leadership is one of the work programs of the Department of Student Resource Development (PSDM) within the Student Executive Board organization of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga , which aims to create cadres of leaders in which there is sharing about matters that a leader must have.
