This year's AST has the Lumiere theme, namely the atmosphere of a sparkling night in the city. There are three sub-activities presented, namely Economic Band Festival (EBF), Eco-Tunes, and Creative. EBF is an internal faculty band competition to encourage students' talents and interests in the field of music, while Eco-Tunes is in the field of Solo and Vocal Duet. Apart from that, it also accommodates creativity in the fields of photography and videography.
Students were very enthusiastic about taking part in this competition, more than 5 bands and 12 vocalists enlivened the Soepoyo Hall stage, on May 16 2018. Even though it was approaching the fasting month, many students took the time to vote and support the competition participants. Each visitor can choose the band of their choice according to their appearance.
The decoration of the activity was made neatly with Tumblr lights plus photo displays After the judging process, several champions were obtained, namely, District 4 won 1st place and J-Five won 2nd place for the Economic Band Festival, apart from that Michael and Keke won 1st place and Efritha Belliana won 2nd place.
Hopefully in the future, AST is expected to grow not only within the faculty.
