Along with the arrival of the new academic year and changes in management at the Student Executive Board organization of the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga , it is necessary to hold an introductory activity for all new internal management of the organization to strengthen the relationships between the members.
This time the Student Executive Board (BEM) Welcome Party took place on Friday (07/02) in Soepoyo Hall, this activity was carried out considering that many new period organization administrators did not yet know their duties and responsibilities while holding the mandate to run the organization's activities, so tend to work freely without knowing what their responsibilities actually are, so that there are many misunderstandings between fellow administrators so that activities that should be on the organization's agenda are neglected or even not realized.
It is hoped that when this activity has been carried out, all levels involved in the management of the organization will be able to comprehend, understand and be able to carry out the duties and obligations that have been mandated to them during the management period without any obstacles.
In order to fulfill expertise in the field of organization, we, the Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga are holding a welcome party activity which will be facilitated by the Student Resource Development Department. Through this activity, it is hoped that all administrators for the 2020 period will be able to apply the organizational operational standards of the Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga .
