is one of the work programs of the RnP AcSES FEB UNAIR division whose activities take the form of internal competitions in the fields of science and writing. This year, PILAR opened three competitions that all AcSES member staff can take part in, namely the Islamic Economics Olympiad, Scientific Writing (KTI), and Business Plan (BP). The aim of implementing PILAR is to prepare AcSESOR to compete in the fields of science and writing, both on campus and outside campus. The implementation phase of PILAR starts from registration and collection of KTI and BP works (22 October-7 November 2023). Then there will be a technical meeting on November 9 2023, and the peak event is the final round on November 11 2023. At PILAR this time, participants consist of teams with 2-3 members from various divisions. Through PILAR it is hoped that it can increase AcSESOR's interest in competing, as well as training teamwork. Indirectly, PILAR helps students increase their competitiveness, as well as train soft skills through participating in competitions, which is an important basis for the younger generation to participate in the SDGs, especially economic growth and decent work (SDGs 8).
