Magics (Internship With AcSES) is a work program from the HRD division which accommodates new students from the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga to do internships at AcSES. Magics has several series of events starting from Ormawa Expo, Open Recruitment, Ta'aruf Day, Webinar and Closing Ceremony. The Ormawa Expo was held during PIKMEN, by visiting classes provided by the PIKMEN committee which aimed to introduce AcSES to new students.
Open Recruitment itself is an activity to screen new students who are interested in taking part in MAGICS, then selected and the results will be announced on the AcSES social media platform. In improving hard skills, soft skills and achievements, sharing of experiences and motivation by internal ACSES with new students.
