Magics (Internship With AcSES) is a work program from the HRD division which accommodates new students from the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga to do internships at ASES. Magics has several series of events starting from the Ormawa Expo, Open Recruitment, Taaruf Day, and closing ceremony. The Ormawa Expo is held during PIKMEN, by visiting classes provided by the PIKMEN committee which aims to introduce AcSES to new students.
Open recruitment itself is an activity to screen new students who are interested in taking part in MAGICS, to then be selected and the results will be announced on the AcSES social media platform. In improving hard skills, soft skills and achievements, AcSES internally shares experiences and motivation with new students.
