The month of Ramadan is a month full of grace, forgiveness and glory. Thank God, this Ramadhan, AcSES can share happiness with orphanage children. As per QS. Al-Ma'un which means "Do you know that the person who denies religion is the person who rebukes orphans and does not feed the poor, so woe to the pious people, namely those who neglect their prayers, those who do riya ' and reluctant to help with useful things.” Therefore, AcSES is trying to put these verses into practice through AcSES Social Responsibility (ASR) activities on Saturday, 18 May 2019 at the Hidayah Umat orphanage Jl. Ketabatang Megersari II no. 6 at 13.00 WIB to 19.00. Through AcSES Social Responsibility (ASR), it is hoped that it can provide facilities for members of AcSES FEB UNAIR 2017 and 2018 to foster a spirit of caring for others through visits to social institutions or foundations, such as orphanages or foundations for people with disabilities, and so on by providing social attention.

The series of events started with a Koran sermon shared by all the accessors present from 13.30 WIB to 15.30 WIB. Then it was continued with the presence of younger siblings from the Hidayah Umat orphanage at the event venue. Next, there was a presentation of material from the committee via video. After delivering the material, it was followed by questions and answers regarding the material presented previously. Then there are also games as a distraction while waiting to break the fast. The orphanage students were very enthusiastic during this event. Then there was a distribution of prizes for all the students who had been enthusiastic during the event. When the Maghrib call to prayer sounded, all the students and the committee broke the fast together which was then continued with the Maghrib prayer in congregation.

The AcSES Social Responsibility (ASR) event closed with a joint prayer and distribution of gifts for children from orphanages. It is hoped that this activity can act as a means of sharing. Because there is another meaning that the AcSES administrators want to achieve, namely to remind the AcSES administrators to always be grateful for the blessings that have been given by Allah.

"Apart from that, by seeing the joy of the younger siblings at the Hidayah Umat Orphanage, it is hoped that the AcSES management will always be enthusiastic in fighting to preach Islamic economics even though there are many challenges and obstacles," concluded AcSES director Hasbi Ash Shidiq.
