Social responsibility is basically not only the responsibility of profit companies. Universities must also have activities that care for the environment and society, so that the concept of Community Service emerges. In general, the CSR concept carried out by universities then received its own term, namely University Social Responsibility (USR).
MM FEB Unair, as a form of experiential bases learning, has carried out many innovative CSR activities. The MM FEB Unair Student Association is stimulated to hold USR activities that have high benefit value, are innovative and newsworthy. Several activities have been carried out well with subjects, orphans, pedicab drivers, garbage collectors, abandoned children, and communities of epilepsy sufferers.
The Dean of FEB Unair, in connection with this matter at the time of its 56th Anniversary, responded to these various positive activities by giving awards to Dr. Gancar C Premananto, as a lecturer with the Best Community Service, because since 2012 he has carried out innovative sharing activities with ludruk cultural figures, by holding Ludruk for Charity.
