Abstract
Alternative transportation in this era has more or less changed consumer lifestyles. The need for agile modes combined with offering relatively cheap service prices makes the Gojek company the most popular start-up business. In an instant, this company turned into one of the largest online motorcycle taxi-based service providers in Indonesia. However, in practice, many of the turmoil that arises are voiced by Gojek drivers. Problems with wages and procedures implemented by the company often make Gojek drivers angry. This disappointment in turn will play an important role in influencing the individual's perception of satisfaction. This research aims to determine the effect of distributive justice and procedural justice on job satisfaction through perceived organizational support for Gojek drivers. This research uses a quantitative approach, with data collection methods through questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses partial least squares (PLS) which is processed using SmartPLS software. In contrast to events that often occur in the field, research results indicate that distributive justice and procedural justice have a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. Then perceived organizational support was included as a mediator which also showed a positive and significant influence on the relationship between distributive justice and procedural justice on job satisfaction.
