Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze what all units need within the company to learn how things relate to knowledge that are not in the company and also learn to make the existing employees in the organization who have the desire to learn and try to advance the company (Learning Organization) will have an impact on the habit of innovating to generate innovative ideas (Innovative Behavior). In addition to this research will also analyze the influence of Learning Organization towards Innovative Behavior. This study uses a quantitative approach with survey method. This study uses primary data from 125 employees where the data is obtained using a questionnaire distributed to employees throughout the Pertamina Marketing Operational Regional V East Java, Bali and Nusa Tenggara. Statistical tools in this study use Partial Least Square (SmartPLS 2.0). Based on the results of the study, it showed that Work Engagement partially mediates the relationship Learning Organization on Innovative Behavior
