Abstract

The good condition of a company can be seen from the condition and existence of its human resources. If the production results are good, it means that human resource management is also good, and the production results can reduce costs so that you can get big profits. Besides that, the marketing department can compete with other products, ultimately the market share can be controlled. People are a very important human resource in the industrial and organizational fields. Resource management involves providing quality workers, maintaining quality management and controlling employment costs.
