Abstract

The current account deficit experienced by Indonesia recently was mainly caused by a deficit that was too high in the services trade sector to the point that it was unable to support growth in the goods trade sector. This situation demands empowerment in service businesses, including by conducting research in the service business sector. One of the interesting things in this case is research regarding the relationship between satisfaction with the services provided and customer behavior in taxi transportation services in the city of Malang, where a competitive business atmosphere is currently emerging.
